I’ve secured a spacious, furnished apartment at Church & Wellesley starting from December 1, and I’m looking for a roommate to move in with me!

About the Room and Apartment: The available room is furnished with a full-size bed and mattress. Heat and water are included. The building offers great amenities, including a gym. The apartment provides a fantastic view and is located in a vibrant neighborhood filled with entertainment, cafes, and shops just steps away.

Location: The unit is in the heart of Toronto’s Church & Wellesley Village, a lively and diverse area with great transportation links and everything you need nearby. If you’re interested or have any questions, feel free to reach out!

A bit about me: I’m a full-time project manager living in downtown Toronto, working 2-3 days a week at the office and the rest from home. I have two small, well-behaved dogs who mostly hang out in my room.

I’m quiet, organized, and follow a set routine, including early morning walks with my dogs and focused work hours. I enjoy spending time with positive people. Guests are always welcome—just let me know in advance!
