This single-occupancy room is located on the top floor of a three-bedroom home, offering a bright and airy space with a large window that captures stunning sunrise views. The home is shared with two to three other female residents.

Rent is $850 per month, with a special introductory rate of $700 for the first three months. Continued discounts may be considered based on individual circumstances.

The room is furnished with a single bed, lamps, a chair, and a small table. You are welcome to bring and use your own furniture if preferred.
