Living Room: Fully furnished, featuring a TV, A/C, and a cozy study nook with a table, monitor, and chair – perfect for a change of scenery while working or studying. -Internet: its a fee split between the roommates its 1gig/sec. around another 50 dollars each (I might reduce the speed in the future tho) -Electric/hydro: included in the rent no additional charge Kitchen: Fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you’ll need. Bathroom: Includes a bidet – if you’re international, you’ll know how essential this is! Balcony: Attached to the living room, offering outdoor space. Building Amenities: Pool, sauna, rooftop terrace, gym, and laundry facilities. Underground parking is available for an additional $180 per month (I don’t have a car, so I don’t pay for this). The Room: Size: Approximately 13 x 8 feet. Comes furnished with a comfortable bed, two tables, and a closet. Sublease Terms: -Available starting December 1st, 2024 for a one-year lease (with potential for extension). Early move-in is possible.

I’m Johann, I’ve been living here for a month and am moving out to find somewhere within walking distance from my workplace. My roommate Abu is a student at Concordia University studying ECE (Electrical and Computer engineering), in his second year of university, and is a part of the Concordia track and field team. He’s a very outdoorsy guy, and loves eating and being healthy. He cooks on a regular and is happy to cook for friends!
