Seeking a housemate for an 1800 sq ft duplex in Meadowvale, close to the 401. I’ve been a resident for 8 years.
The rent includes a sizable bedroom at the end of the hallway, full access to kitchen, barbecues on the deck and backyard. Parking is available in the driveway.
The rent is $1350, which is half of the total. I will take care of most utilities which includes Rogers TV & internet with Wi-Fi, electricity, and heating.
The basement serves as an additional living room or entertainment space. There is also laundry in the basement.
The main floor features a fully furnished living room, a complete kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove, and various small appliances. Additionally, there’s a small freezer in the basement. Dining room is being used as my office.
About the roomies
I am a mature male in my 60s. Work as a professional sales representative in the material handlng industry in the greater Toronto area. Enjoy sports, cycling and general leisure activities.
