Huge backyard shared with landlord. Downstairs is a shared space. Kitchen downstairs does not have an oven, but upstairs oven is available if needed. Three people upstairs. Separate entrance for basement. Secure storage garage with plenty of space if needed. Shared laundry with house.

Friendly working adults. Three cats upstairs and no pets downstairs currently. Every once in a while we like to have barbecues or fires or game nights with the roomies or super chill landlord which you don’t have to join but we would love if you would!
