1 room available for one individual. Located on a quiet crescent. Please be mindful of the neighbours and your roommates. Close to elementary schools, parks and shopping. Near several bus stops. About a 5-10 minute drive to Saskpolytech campus. Private rooms with locked door. Common areas will be shared and kept clean by all roommates (bathroom, kitchen, living rooms). No parties or large gatherings. Gazebo in the back for summer. Utilities will be split between roommates. No smoking, vaping, or drugs in the house. No pets. Laundry is available. Rooms are furnished with a twin bed, desk, and chair.

One roommate is a full time nursing student and works at the hospital, will not be at the house often. Other roommate works full time. We are respectful, welcoming, and quiet individuals. We offer a safe space for other young females who are students or working. We are open to movie nights and hang outs with our new potential roommates! Would love to get to know our new roommates but also respect personal time.
