We have two separate rooms available in a clean and spacious house conveniently located near UVic and close to bus stops for easy commuting. The house features a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and parking. While there’s a separate suite below with three residents, there are no shared spaces apart from the driveway. The home is currently shared by two full-time students who are respectful, tidy, and easygoing.
