The basement suite has its own private entrance, is a 2 bedroom and rooms are at opposite ends of the suite from each other, with a full kitchen, fridge, stove, dish washer, living room and dining area and 1 full bath shower and large deep tub, as well as your own private laundry room. All utilities included as well as WIFI. Pets negotiable No smoking of any kind inside the unit.

I may consider splitting the suite for 2 Individual’s who wish to share the space either friends or acquaintances or i can find roommate to share the soace with you. Male or female which ever fits the situation. Two male or two females preferred. Would prefer to rent to someone as a complete unit. Either family starting out or someone starting over single mom and kid(s)

I live alone upstairs and on occasion my young adult daughter will come spend a night or a few. I have 1 cat and 1 golden retriever both are female and extremely friendly and quiet.
