• Location: Heart of downtown Toronto’s entertainment district (Queen St and University Ave)

• Close to TMU, U of T, George Brown College, and Osgoode Hall

• Nearest Subway Stations: St. Andrew/Osgoode

• 2 bed, 2 bath + den (1 bed and 1 bathroom available for the subletter, and the den can be turned into a work space if you wish :))

• Fully furnished living space with queen-sized bed

• In-suite washer and dryer

• Building amenities: gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, games room

Requirements:

• Female only
• Respectful and clean
• Able to provide first month’s rent and 50% of last month’s rent, plus hydro

My current roommate is a professional, she is a phys ed teacher—super clean and loves to cook!
