Common room, kitchen, and other shared spaces are pre-furnished, the private room is left to the occupant. Laundry and Dryer are shared with the other units with individual locked access, large backyard fit for any use.
Neighbourhood is safe and full of convenience, bus accessible, easy commute where necessary to most of the city and school. Parks, restaurants, grocery and convenience stores all within walking distance, and only 10 minutes from downtown.
Internet is separate, but I’ve included it in the overall posted rent
