A modern, 3bed 2bath townhouse in downtown Kelowna! House is furnished, and open concept, great for a female student to move into! Must love cats, as I have a friendly little feline living with us!

We are both relatively quiet individuals who enjoy having some fun every once in a while. We are looking for someone who has similar living habits to us which include a slightly demanding schedule, but enjoying having some drinks every once in awhile. We both enjoy having friends over every now and again, and would obviously be open to you doing so as well!

When we’re not at work/school, we are usually just having our alone time in our rooms. Every few weekends or so we enjoy going out, but it’s not a weekly occurrence. We are both clean and respectful girls and are looking for the same!
