Sperling Avenue

I have a 1-bedroom available for rent in a spacious Home with a furnished living room and kitchen. The living spaces are comfortably arranged, but I’m happy to make room for your personal items to make the space feel like home. The house has a relaxed, cozy atmosphere with plenty of room to exist.

There are three of us living here, Ryland, 22 M Octobre, 23 F Maija, 21 F We all get along really well. We’re a laid-back, easygoing group who share a love for art and enjoy a quiet, relaxed atmosphere at home. While we all lead our own busy lives, we value building a strong relationship with each other. We’ve gone to events together and have formed lasting friendships. We do enjoy having friends over occasionally, but we always be respectful of the other people in the home.
