This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo that we will be sharing, located in downtown Toronto. This location is just west of liberty village, and tucked outside of the busy downtown core but with super easy access to the TTC and a 10 minute walking distance from exhibition GO station! Walking score in this location is 91, grocery stores, restaurants, parks, gyms, doctor’s clinics and much more are all within walking distance. The building amenities include in-suit laundry and dishwasher, a gym, pool, hot tub, rooftop terrace, 24/7 security, and 2 party rooms! Water and heat are included in the rent. Electricity and wifi are extra :)

You will be living with me (Nicole). I am a 24 year old Registered Nurse, and I just moved to Toronto last year! I am quiet, clean, open-minded, super easy going and friendly. Guests are always welcome, but I work odd hours so I am looking for someone who will respect my weird sleeping schedule, and who will keep our shared spaces tidy :) I am also hoping to find someone chill who I get along with and can hopefully become friends with in the future!
