Bedroom comes with a small dresser, tv, queen bed, nightstand, black out curtains. Home is a mature/proffesional shared home. $750 a month all utilities included (2 wifi networks if youre a gamer/streamer). $750 security deposit. Must be employed full time or in school.

Not pet friendly, single occupancy only, Available now if needed.

You will have full use of the main living areas including the main bathroom(currently being reno’d pics to come), kitchen, dining room, livingroom (currently very rarely used by the current folks in the house, so would basically be yours) massive yard with fire pit, large deck, hot tub and pool in the warmer months. Driveway parking with power included. Bus stop outside the front door if you don’t drive.

This is a clean, quiet and respectful home. We are looking for the same in a renter.
