Hey there! I’m looking for a friendly, respectful, and super tidy roommate to share a lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment just a short walk from SFU’s Burnaby campus. If you’re all about keeping things clean, respecting personal space, and enjoying a relaxed vibe, this could be the perfect spot for you!

🛌 Your Space: You’ll get a private bedroom with your own bathroom – semi-furnished, as you can see in the photos. Just bring your personal touches!

💡 What’s Included: All utilities are covered, except hydro and internet (we’d split those).

🏋️ Amenities: The building has a gym, plus a storage locker for any extra stuff you need to tuck away.

• Right by Nesters Market, Pizza Hut, Uncle Fatih’s – so food and essentials are super close!
• Easy access to bus stops (144, 143, and 145) for quick trips around and to SFU.
