Very nice neighborhood and safe community. The room is fully furnished with double bed, dresser, end table, desk and chair for work. Bright and sunny and view of the front garden.

You will share with 2 other working ladies in their 30’s They are clean and home is kept very clean. So I am looking for someone who values cleanliness and will keep the place clean. Non-smokers only. Home is quiet and good for student who needs a quiet place to study. Home owner lives upstairs.
