I currently have a place in downtown toronto. It’s a 2 bed 2 bath condo and my lease agreement ends in December and am looking for someone to occupy the other room and sign a new 12 month lease with me. You’d have the ensuite bedroom with your own closet, bathroom and everything and it’s also fully furnished. The building itself is huge having 3 buildings in total, world class gym, working space, heated outdoor poor and monthly residence events. The cost would be around 1600 per person and utilities is around 200 dollars per month which will be split between you and me so 100 dollars per person per month which includes unlimited wifi
