I’m offering the master bedroom and ensuite in my cozy townhouse located in the charming Chelsea Creek area. The townhouse is ideally situated, just a short walk from the Nordic Spa and steps away from Chelsea Square, which includes the Chelsea Pub, restaurants, artisan shops, and a 2-minute drive to grocery stores and the beautiful Plage O’Brain. With easy access to Highway 5, it’s only 10 minutes to downtown Ottawa. Chelsea’s vibrant and friendly community is perfect for anyone who loves nature and a peaceful, welcoming neighborhood.
The townhouse is equipped with a stunning kitchen with plenty of storage, 9-foot ceilings, massive patio doors, and lots of windows that let in plenty of natural light. There are three bathrooms in total, French oak floors throughout, and a giant deck and yard—perfect for outdoor living. I also have gardening boxes, which I’m happy to share with any gardening enthusiasts!
The master bedroom features a large walk-through closet that leads to a stunning ensuite with a luxurious, stand-alone soaker tub—a perfect retreat after a long day.
About the roomies
I’m April, a 34-year-old single mother. I am a friendly and easy-going individual, and I’m a non-smoker. I have two kids, a 6-year-old and an 8-year-old, who stay with me half the time, so it’s a family-friendly environment. I also have a small hypoallergenic dog and a cat, so it’s important that you’re comfortable with pets.
In my downtime, I enjoy reading, yoga, hiking, spending days at the beach, and I absolutely love to cook!
