Gina's room

Good day! I have two rooms available, however only renting one, so the roomie has a choice on which room is preferred. The house is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, backing onto a wooded area, so plenty of space to relax and unwind. Close to all amenities, including the bus stop, shopping, dining, grocery store, drug store, etc. Additional pictures will be added shortly. Room is newly renovated/house is 80% newly renovated. I am a 49-year-old female professional and live in a 3 story (4 bedroom, 2 bath) townhouse with my two kids (15 and 12), who I have one week on and one week off. Every other week it is just me who would be home.

I also work downtown Halifax and drive right past Dalhousie University 3 times per week for any students that would be attending Dal. I would be happy to take you with me. :)
