Prime location only a few blocks from Cambie & Broadway skytrain station. Brand new and high quality bed frame, mattress and bedding. The place has a courtyard with BBQ. Washer & dryer. High speed internet. You will also have your own private parking spot if you have a vehicle.
Perfect for someone landing in Van to get themselves on their feet. As the room / house is fully furnished, not looking for someone to bring their own stuff (it’s fully setup like an Airbnb).
