Favour's room

Hi, my sister and I are looking for a roommate for the third bedroom in our three-bedroom townhouse. The house is fully furnished and has a basement and garage, as well as a half bathroom and two full bathrooms. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet and we are surrounded by shopping complexes including multiple grocery stores like Farmboy, metro, Sobeys, real Canadian, and Walmart.

My sister and I are 25 and 22 years old. We both have very bubbly personalities and are always open to chat!
