Looking for a clean and respectful roommate or potential couple to occupy a one bedroom in a two bedroom unit while I am away at work. With my work arrangements, I will be home less than a handful of days per month maybe even zero.

Non negotiables

• No pets
• No smoking in the unit
• No parties
• No overnight guest
• One parking available upon request
• First and last month rent
• $300 damage deposit security (upon vacating the unit, and returning keys, inspection will be conducted and returned if no damage beyond wear and tear is found)

About Me

• I am a 29 year old young IT professional who just started a new remote site job in the middle of nowhere in Canada until the end of 2025.
• For more than ⅔ of the year I will not be in the unit with a range of one night to four nights a month in the unit
• When I am back in Mississauga, I will be running errands and enjoying my week off by visiting family, girlfriend and friends.
• I enjoy being active, the simpler things in life
