We are looking for a single female only as the other roommates are females. Landlord’s family live upstairs with two lovely cats. There are three bedrooms in the basement. One roommate works in Downtown with regular hours. The other is the landlord’s daughter who works overseas, just stays a few weeks in Vancouver every year. Both are nice, clean and responsible. Be respectful to others and safety, no party, no pet, no smoking, no vaping, no weeds, no drugs and no overnight guest please. All roommates have to clean up after themselves and to share cleaning duties.
