Good location for transportation both TTC and car. DVP and Lawrence. Direct buses to each of the subway lines. Plenty of shopping around if you need it. One of the safest neighborhoods in Toronto. Building is a stone’s throw away from the Don River and adjacent parks. Currently I have one bedroom for rent in a one bedroom apartment. I will be sleeping in the “den” until we find a satisfactory two bedroom unit to move into sooner than later in the same building complex. Bedroom furniture is good and for this occasion I have purchased a new bed, mattress and bedding.

One other person in the arrangement being myself. I am a stable older person having worked in architecture most of my life and still perform that work as a consultant from home on a regular basis. Lifetime bachelor type. I have a small dog, a Chihuahua, and she is protective of her apartment. She will bark at first but has always bonded with roomies in the end as she makes them a part of her pack. She is not the stereotypically mean type. My interests are illustration, 3d models, history and musical instruments.
