Welcome to our home! This cozy and well-maintained house offers a welcoming space with plenty of natural light and a relaxed, homey feel. The available room is spacious with a generous closet, and you’ll have access to all the essentials, including a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable living areas, a garage space, high-speed internet, in-unit laundry, and a large fenced yard with a sunroom, patio furniture, and a barbeque.

We’re located just off Main Street Bowness, and are within walking distance of grocery, public transit, parks, restaurants, retail and more! The University of Calgary is just a 10-minute drive away and we often carpool. We do our best to keep the place clean and organized, and we hope you’ll help us keep this a comfortable, inviting space for everyone.

We are a friendly, easy-going group of students who value keeping a clean, comfortable home where everyone feels welcome. We are all considerate of each other’s space and schedules. We enjoy having a relaxed, respectful atmosphere and often spend time together for a movie night or a meal.
