$850 monthly for the bedroom ​with all bills covered which includes high-speed wireless internet, and utilities. There is a washer and dryer in the suite.

The kitchen, living room and bathroom will be shared with 3 other roommates and one cat. Smoking is outside only (covered seating provided)

It locates near Kingsway & Rupert with easy access to several bus routes, and Joyce Skytrain Station

5 mins walking to Kingsway & Joyce and all kinds of restaurants, stores, Safeway and banks.
