Looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in west Maple Ridge (near 207th and Dewdney). Shared accommodation; I’m female, 48 yrs, friendly, chill and respectful of your privacy. Rent includes private bedroom and private full bathroom, but common areas (kitchen, living room, in suite laundry, patio) are shared.

$1000 per month for rent which includes basic cable, wifi and gas. Hydro is shared and works out to about $25 per month.

Damage deposit is $500 and refundable upon move out (pending no damages to unit and left clean).

No pets unfortunately. I love them but the building only allows 2 pets per unit and I’m already at the limit with a fluffy, orange cat (indoor only) and a small happy, loving dog. So applicants must be cat and dog friendly.

Building is located in West Maple Ridge, right near bus stops running east and west. There’s a small shopping centre directly across the street. Restaurants, pubs, parks, banking, grocery stores, personal shopping and more are all within a short walking distance.

Bedroom comes furnished, but desk and dresser can be removed if you have your own furnishings.

Street parking (spaces sometime come up for rent in the underground parking).

No cigarette smoking indoors or on patio. 420 friendly and vaping ok.

Occasional guests allowed, just not as a regular thing.

Standard 1 month notice required for move out. No sublets.

References and tenant insurance required.
