Looking for a long term single female housemate for shared accommodations on Settler Way in Cougar Creek, Canmore. The master bedroom is coming available Dec 1st for $1000 (incl utilities/wifi). The upstairs main part of the house has 4 bedrooms, 1.5 kitchens, 2.5 baths, laundry, and lots of storage in the garage.

There are 3 long term housemates in 3 of the bedrooms and we are looking for one long term tenant for the 4th bedroom. Singles only, preferably female, no couples as 4 housemates is enough for the 1.5 kitchens and 2.5 bathrooms. Ideally professional working in Canmore age 25 to 40. No smoking, no pets, no drugs, no parties. I’ve attached pictures of the house and the master bedroom. The room is unfurnished and has an ensuite jack-and-jill bathroom that is shared with one other housemate. The most important thing is finding the right person that will get along with the existing housemates and be respectful of the culture of the house (the house is extremely introverted and quiet.) The existing housemates will get the final say on who gets the room so we’re trying to find good matches to send their way for final interviews.
