Looking to sublet rooms one large private bedroom in a shared student female roomie household to a student or young individual. It is a large 5 bedroom, 3 bath modern and recently renovated house in the Polo / St James area, on Riverbend Crescent - Excellent location!! Less than a km from Polo Park, 5 kms from Health Science Centre / UofM Bannatyne Campus and University of Winnipeg. Perfect for a university student. All the other girls in the house are in univeristy for engineering, nursing and hairstyling. One girl is leaving us due to graduating at the end of the fall semester so she is looking to sublet her private bedroom with shared washroom (with one other girl) on the upstairs floor of the house from January- July 31, with option to renew for a full 12 months after this. The household dynamic is focused of school and studies during the week, with some fun on the weekends although nobody is a huge partier or drinker. We like to occasionally all get together for movies or gossipy in the shared living room or going out as a group but very often we are each busy with our own work and school schedules. We’re looking to sublet the bedroom to someone that may fit our roomie dynamic and would love to invite someone new into our household!

$600/month per room, includes all utilities: electricity, heat, ac, water and wifi! Rent includes access to large fenced backyard and one driveway parking spot.

Close to bus stop. High efficiency furnace with central air/air conditioning. Shared kitchen and living area that are fully equipped with everything including couches, tv, table, chairs and anything you’d need to cook/bake in the kitchen (as pictured). Room will be unfurnished so all you’ll really need is your bed and whatever you want in your bedroom! Washer and dryer in basement that everyone can use. Large driveway with addition resident street parking.

No Smoking, vaping, drugs of any kind allowed inside premises. No Pets allowed.

We’re currently a group of 5 female students, one of us graduating in December so we’re looking to fill her room in our large roommate home. We’re all pretty busy with work and school but have grown fond of our roomie household and dynamic and love having a safe and quiet place to live with friends just footsteps away. We like to keep our place clean. We can’t wait to meet our new roommate!
