• Bedrooms will need to be furnished.
• Pets allowed as long as they can get along with my cat.

Kitchen & living room will be shared with basement tenant (aka me).

Backyard access is shared with unit above us, but lots of room and space for patio and BBQing. Laundry is free and in a shared space in the basement.

I am currently a young working professional with a 2 - year old cat. I will be renting the basement.
