• You’ll be sharing with a friendly roommate and her sweet dog 🐶 (so yes the place is pet friendly but has to get along with the dog already living here)

• Enjoy a big living room and a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking!

• There’s a side yard that’s great for BBQs.

• Parking is a breeze with 2 spaces in the driveway and plenty of street parking.

• In suite washer & dryer plus ample storage space in garage + bedroom.

• Location: Just a 5-minute drive to UVic, Fairway, & Tuscany Village or a brisk 20-minute walk!

You’ll be living with 1 female student. Dani likes to keep the house clean and tidy, enjoys taking her dog Piper out for walks and hikes. She has been a fantastic roommate for the last year! I am so sad to leave this home & roomie behind.
