The room is bright with plenty of natural light and comes with a single bed, desk and a chair. All utilities are included in rent such as internet, heat and water. One parking spot will be available at an extra cost from January 2025. Tiffin services are active at the location. In suite laundry and fully equipped kitchen with dining space is shared.

Walking distance to Food Basics, No Frills, Indian Supermarket, Dollarama, restaurants etc. Bus stop (Route 11) right across the street from the house. On the upper floor, 2 other rooms are occupied by working professionals and a student respectively. All tenants are respectful, friendly and responsible. We are looking for one tenant to occupy the 3rd room.
