One parking spot will be available at an extra cost. Tiffin services are active at the location. In suite laundry and fully equipped kitchen with dining space is shared.

The room listed is on the upper floor. There are a total of 3 rooms upstairs. The bathroom on the upper floor will be shared by only 3 tenants max. 2 rooms are occupied by 2 male working professionals, who are respectful, friendly and clean. We are looking for 1 other roomie for the 3rd room
