I am looking for two renters to rent two separate rooms on the main floor of a three bedroom house (1 bath) located near pall mall street and Adelaide.

There is laundry in a shared space, a decent sized yard with a patio and garden, No parking available. The rent is $800 per room per month (Internet, hydro and water included)
