About the room
ISO a long term roommate to share my “home office” feeling apartment located right over the Scarborough Bluffs at the bottom of Kennedy Rd. South of Kingston Rd in Cliffside Village.
My home in an apartment I am a tenant in, it’s in a low rise 3 storey building with 10 units total, and a laundry room with coin operated machine that charge 2.00 to wash, and 2.00 to dry.
The bluffs, and beaches are both walking distance from my apartment. There’s also a beautiful garden park at the end of my street called Rosetta McClain Gardens that’s lovely for walks. In the other direction, there is No Frills, Banglabazzar, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, KFC, Little Caesars, Dominos, Papa Johns, Pizzaville, Jatujak, La Scogliera, Eggsmart, Walk in Clinics, Rexall, Shoppers Drugmart, Hair salons, nail salons, Post Office, convenience stores, all walking distance.
About the roomies
I am a quiet, soft spoken, friendly woman. I keep my home reasonably tidy and clean. I spend my time working from home, and learning online. I am in coding, data analysis, and market research. I like to meditate, and learn pretty much, I don’t party, drink, smoke, or do drugs, I stay focused on my goals, and my social interaction needs are very simple, and low. My sleep habits are early to bed, early to rise. I am not aspie, but I am familiar enough aspies, and I feel an aspie could thrive here. I would consider my home to be aspie friendly. I am practicing direct communication, and I have a variety of lighting, and sounds that are sensory friendly, and I am flexible in making more adjustments to accommodate.
There are no other people living here. I have a female neighbour who visits for tea or dinner, occasionally a male friend visits, but I wouldn’t consider this a high traffic household. This is a very quiet home.
I am allergic to most animals, but I open to discuss one you already have if they are a hypo allergenic breed, clean, quiet, well behaved, well taken care of, etc. The home has to be appropriate for working from home, so noise levels has to be appropriate for professional phone calls and video meetings.
