Jack's room

Looking for a roommate who is currently studying or in their 20s to join our basement apartment unit. Parking is included, as is an in-suite washer and dryer. Rent is $500/month with utilities not included, but we have not paid more than $615/month with everything altogether. You will have your own private bedroom and we will share the bathroom. The kitchen and living area is fully furnished - no need to bring extra plates, pots, pans and cutlery.

We are less than a 5 minute drive to Western and a 10 minute walk to the nearest bus station that will take you there. We are less than a 10 minute drive to Fanshawe and a 10 minute walk to a bus station that will take you to the college.

I work Monday - Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. I typically walk there so I am usually out of the apartment at 8:30 am every morning. My roommate is a student at Fanshawe and also works part-time. We keep a tidy and organized apartment and are looking for someone to takeover the open room we have to offer.
