With the rising rent prices, im looking for another young professional willing to share a 2 bedroom with me. I currently live in a one bedroom in this building and they are very responsive with repairs, has a gym and swimming pool , a lounge upstairs where we can relax, host or barbecue in the summer! It faces the lake and has amazing sunrises and sunsets. Everything is included in the rent price (heating, electricity, hot water and internet). It’s a 15min car ride into the city, and also very accessible by public transport. This is perfect for me as it is a quiet and safe neighborhood, but also super close to downtown Montreal!
I’m 28, fairly quiet, neat and tidy, and when I have time after work, I like to relax, try new restaurants, or film social media hair/fashion/beauty content.
