I’m looking for a roommate to take over my room, in a 2 bedroom apartment, available December 1st.

The neighborhood is very calm and close to the old port, Griffintown, downtown and just a few minutes away from the canal. The apartment has a lot of light all year long and a very spacious balcony.

Gym and rooftop in the building.

It’s 2 minutes walk from metro Square Victoria and 5 minutes walk from IGA.

The rent is 1,159$ + about 50$ for hydro and WiFi.

About the roomies

I’m full time working, partly working remote. Cats and dogs are welcome. The apartment is a very peaceful and warm place to spend the winter :)
