About the room
Private room available in end of November for rent in a shared house for $800 per month. Only for female tenants and consists of four rooms, 1 bathroom and ½ bathroom. The rental price includes all utilities.
The common areas (bathrooms, living room, and kitchen) are shared among all tenants. It has a cleaning schedule and looking for a new tenant who values cleanliness and is willing to respect the schedule. The house has laundry in the basement.
The location is highly convenient, with a lot amenities nearby. It’s a 5-minute walk to grocery stores, Tim Hortons, Burger King, Wendy’s, and more. 20-minute walk to Metro, Dollarama, LA Fitness and LCBO. For commuting, there is a bus stop right in front of the house (also a 20-minute ride to Scarborough Town Centre).
About the roomies
There will be 4 roommates in the house besides you. Each will respect other’s privacy and personal space. All female professional workers.
