HI! We have a walkout basement available in our large Hawkwood home. You have your own entrance. You have your own massive space that walks out to a large yard. Bedroom, bathroom, two large living rooms. You have a summer kitchen (Fridge) but are invited to use the upstairs kitchen as well. Prefer a quiet female. We have a cat and he would probably not mind another cat friend. If you work from home this would be ideal for you. There is transit nearby as well. Includes all utilities. It is not furnished but we can furnish it if you prefer.
