The building offers multiple amenities including a movie theatre, lounge area and gym. If you require parking there is indoor and outdoor parking available, as well as street parking. There is currently also a discount in place for November and rent is half off, which means you would be paying less than the normal rent price for a total of $687.25 with the deposit included.
