About the room
There are two options $1075 each (hydro and utilities included, except internet, coin laundry is across the street): A) Master Bedroom (250 sq ft) + Office \ Walk-in Closet (16 sq ft). Master has a small built in closet. Some furniture may be included such as Queen or Full sized Bed and Air Conditioner depending on the current tenant. The both rooms have a large window facing the side of the building looking at a large wall of the next building. Still provides good sunlight.
B) Den (150 sq ft) + Livingroom (200 to 250 sq ft). Extremely large space bundled together for optimal privacy (non-negotiable and cannot be separated unless willing to pay more for the square footage. To be honest, it is quite large and could be an apartment on its own). Den also has a small built-in closet as well. The Den is connected to the Living room with double French doors with exposed walls on its sides to capture more natural light from the Living room windows. The Living room is facing Roncesvalles Avenue overlooking shops, TD Bank and the coin laundry.
Disclaimer: Upstairs neighbour plays loud music in which could be directly heard above the Den. Personally, its extent has not bothered me but noticeable.
The Entire Apartment: The whole space (roughly 800-900 sq feet) consists of 7 rooms connected by the hallway in a linear, sequential pattern: Living room, Den, Master, Office, Shared Bathroom, Full sized Kitchen and Sunroom (Glass Patio). It stretches from the main street to the backyard \ alley. Plenty of shops and grocery stores all around. Tim Hortons is across the street.
The apartment and rental partition is structurally designed for minimal chance of interaction (should that is important).
There is a main closet in the hallway for tools and coats for guests.
Shared Bathroom is 3 piece with a vintage style bathtub with an attached shower.
Kitchen is fully equipped with coiled stove, full sized refrigerator, cabinets and single sink. It has adequate counter space with the kitchen island. It has a mobile steel pantry shelves and small table and chairs.
Sunroom is furnished as an entertainment room with TV and couch. Plenty of sunlight. Its windows are facing the backyard and the Garbage and Recycling.
I am not so sure about smoking while the landlord/owner does not enforce it, we have to be mindful of our neighbours.
No dogs allowed. Cats and quiet pets are okay.
About the roomies
Hi my name is John. I will be your only roommate. I have a stable job in a restaurant and pay my bills on time. I am not fussy about mess and will do regular maintenance on the shared spaces. I do not mind doing most of the chores but would appreciate for self control and discipline. Personally recommend all bathroom products such as towels, soaps, facial and dental items should be kept in a hand held cubby whenever extended use to reduce obstacles for cleaning. Toilet paper is shared expense.
I am acquainted with the owner and the payments go through me.
