The is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer, and a shared lounge room. The house is close to the corner of W 10th Ave and Discovery St. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants near by, and also close to bus stops 14, 9, 99, 25.

The housemates are friendly, respectful, and tidy, this is not a party house. There are 2 males and 3 females living in the house. 2 people from Ireland, 2 people from South America and a Canadian. Everyone is in their mid-late 20s.
