About the room
Looking for a responsible, clean, and like-minded roommate to share a 2 story+basement semi-detached house, with central heating and cooling, and a private backyard and patio, a short walk away from Britannia Park & Beach.
Your 12’ x 10’ room would be on the second floor of the house, with lots of natural light coming from a window looking out onto the private backyard. It is unfurnished (current furniture featured in the pictures will not be present) and has a spacious wardrobe.
You’ll have primary use of a full bathroom on the same floor, featuring a bathtub & shower combo.

- Free street parking available, but you’ll have to look into arrangements for the winter with parking bans.

- Proof of income is required.
- First and last month’s rent upon signing agreement.
- Single occupancy (no couples).

About the roomies
I’m a clean and respectful professional, in my early thirties, working in communications. I speak English and French, enjoy playing music, making digital art, going to the gym and spending time outdoors in the summer, but I like to unwind, game and watch tv in the evenings. You’ll be sharing the house with me and one other like-minded female roommate, as well as a tiny little dog.
