-this large, sunny, and artsy 3-bedroom with a huge living room in a quiet, 2-story building with no direct neighbours.

APARTMENT: ROOM - features a high ceiling, mid-sized space, and a nice afghan sofa and fridge. Also includes a twin sized bed, carpet, office wooden desk, 2 fans, table, and industrial shelves, 2 closets -TBD if you have furniture, we can discuss one item you may be able to bring.

BLDG- a quiet, safe, cozy, and warm apartment with skylight and plants/art on a 2-floor building with no direct neighbours- small balcony, We share common space but phone calls are in your own room. Clean and peaceful is important- The Apartment and washroom are kept clean, I clean, however, i recommend some shared cleaning and cleaning of your room.

CLOSE- 401, bus stops, coffee- Tim, yerbe matte, Tunisian pizza, indian grocery, etc, Keele and Lawrence West subways, grocery, shawarma, laundry mat, library, ****Weston train station (15-20 min to downtown and Pearson airport) and beautiful *****Humber River park.

Go for your walks and runs daily!

ALL INCLUDED when in moderation :$930.00 rental: INTERNET-ELECTRICITY, HEAT, CLEANING AND TOILET AND CLEANING SUPPLIES - constant AC may cost more. I am seeking a decent human being first, if you have less rent let me know perhaps you will just clean more of the house?

I am a creative person who enjoys a cozy and peaceful home with art and plants. I like a clean home so I clean it. I can share some nice pasta meals with you, lol. Also, we can do some creative sharing like you using the living room and/or kitchen solo.
