I can send photos to serious enquiries. Semi-detached home 🏡 I’m renting the entire basement which includes a fully furnished living room, dry bar area with own small fridge & microwave, private bedroom with queen sized bed. Basement windows are large and above grade.

You also have use of the main floor 2pc bathroom, kitchen, backyard. 1 parking spot, and your own private full bathroom on 2nd floor of the home.

There’s just myself living in the home, plus a dog & 2 cat’s. So you must be ok with animals, however this is the maximum number of animals allowed.

There are 2 other bedrooms but I’m only looking to rent the one in the basement.

I’m single 49, just me coming and going from the house, I work full-time.
