Looking for a roommate to share a comfortable basement suite with everything included! Rent covers heat, water, electricity, waste pickup, TV, and internet, so no need to worry about extra bills. You’ll have a private room and share the kitchen, along with access to a washer and dryer within the suite.
The location is ideal – just a short walk to grocery stores and minutes from downtown. Please note that, due to building rules, pets aren’t allowed and no indoor smoking.
