Looking for a quiet female or non-binary person to share my 2 bedroom apartment with me. Closest intersection is Oxford and Wonderland. I already have 2 cats and one has FIV so no other animals unless they’re in a cage please. This is a smoke free building. $850/month all inclusive, heat, hydro, wifi. Move in on January 1st, or later.

• South East facing windows Proof of employment or guarantor is required. First and Last months. Within walking distance of Costco, Sobeys, Farmboy, Angelo’s, LCBO, Dollarama and much more. Parking is an extra $50/month (that’s the building, not my decision). The marks on the wall have been cleaned as that was my previous roommate.

I am a 26 year old working female, and the only other one living in the unit. I am quiet and keep to myself.
