The room comes fully furnished, but we can make arrangements for the right candidate.

I’m a single, quiet, working male. I don’t drink, no drugs or partying, and typically keep to myself. It’s just me and my dog, Pepsi, who is a very kind pup that pretty well just sleeps all day. My work keeps me away for most of the day and rotates between days and nights, so you’ll have the place to yourself quite a bit.
