It can come furnished less a couch, or completely unfurnished if you prefer
The Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with stand-up shower. Has a king sized bed already in it, but it can be revived. The secondary bedroom has an unattached bathroom right outside it’s door. Share or not, it’s a perfect fit for 2 people or a small family.
Walkout balcony with an excellent quiet view of nw Calgary. 5 min walk to major bus route, 15 min bus ride to u of c, this place has it all. All utilities are included, you pay for your own Internet.
Underground parking and storage available as well. Pet friendly (with restrictions to some dogs).
Looking to rent out by June 1st, no DD is currently required.
About the roomies
