Lila's room

Perfect for anyone working at the Regina General Hospital, this house is located 1 block away. The entire 2nd floor loft is the ‘room’ for rent. It has it’s own balcony and a large front window for natural light. Currently there is a bedroom (Queen bed) and living room set up in the loft, with room for a large desk and other office furniture, or to set up a separate coffee station, etc. if desired. The kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces. There is a parking spot off the back alley and street parking.

I am a 50+ female, employed FT, work from home, M-F, days. I have 2 large dogs, who have access to a fully fenced back yard. I also have indoor cats. All pets are very friendly and loving.
