1 single bedroom (upper floor) available for rent.

Location: 20min bus/ 5min drive to University of Waterloo. Close to Sobeys. Lakeshore area.

Room can be furnished upon request. All utilities included in rent per room. Share kitchen.

Single occupancy. No sharing. No parties. No smoking, drugs, vape, or use of cannabis.

Rent is $800 per room. First and last’s month rent is required before move-in.

There are 2 people living in the house including myself. We like to keep things to ourselves. I work from home so I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful and quiet. Mature students or female working professionals preferred.
